We're seeking candidates with a background and/or degree in early childhood or related fields, and experience working with young children and families. Exposure to Montessori is ideal, as we are looking for candidates who are willing to embrace and learn the Montessori method. Any special skills, such as art, music, yoga, foreign language, gardening, or other, is a plus. 

Responsibilities Include: Manage a welcoming and beautiful classroom that supports the individual needs of the child in accordance with our school's mission and vision. As a part of our teaching team, you will work with your classroom assistant and the Director in implementing the curriculum.

Qualities Include: Motivated, self directed individual with strong organizational and communication skills. We are looking candidates who are kind, loving, nurturing, patient, positive, honest, dedicated, reliable, and a team player.

We are a child-centered program with a sense of community created by the wonderful children and families. The classroom is small, clean, and ordered. This is an excellent environment to work with young children. Our children are extraordinary!

Part/Full time; summer hours if desired

Partial reimbursement for continuing education
